Tis the season for triggers, shame, and complex family dynamics.
The holiday season is upon us. I created this bundle of my trauma-informed workshops & journal guide to help support YOU during this stressful time where you might be giving to everyone else except yourself. Treat yourself to 3 workshops, workbooks, & a journal guide filled with educational resources for you to tend to your triggers, shift from shame to self-love, and navigate the holiday season as a trauma survivor - and no, they won't expire if you don't get to them this month ;)
Normally valued at $127 if you bought all of these resources individually, you can grab the bundle for $55 or 2 payments of $28 this week only. That's over 65% off!

Why we feel shame and embarrassment around triggers, and how to stop this cycle.
Fight/flight/shutdown - how triggers manifest in the body.
Strategies for completing the stress cycle and returning to a feeling of safety.
How to distinguish between facing your triggers and distraction, and when there's a time and place for both.

Short answer: Nope! These workshops are not therapy or health care, but educational resources created by Emmy Marie, a certified trauma-informed coach and survivor.

Who am I?
Survivor & trained trauma pracitioner.
I am a writer, speaker, and certified trauma-informed coach & somatic practitioner that empowers trauma survivors to own their truth, reject shame, and move forward towards a brighter future. I create courses, provide 1:1 coaching, create content for social media and facilitate workshops like those in this bundle. I've been doing this work full time since 2020.
In my work, I take a shame-free approach to healing by focusing on how our bodies are impacted by trauma. This helps me and my clients find solutions for moving forward without getting stuck in cycles of self-hatred, doubt, or blame that keep us repeating the cycle of trauma.
I've found a way to accept where I've been, see myself as a powerful survivor, and live a life of creativity, freedom, and joy without bypassing my pain. Now I help others do the same.
Because being a survivor isn't always *cheerful*.
My intention behind this bundle is to provide a way for you to treat yourself and your mental health during the holiday season, when you might be prioritizing taking care of other people. These resources are set up to support you on your journey of navigating triggers, moving away from shame, and breaking the cycle of trauma in relationships once and for all. It would also be a great thing to share with loved ones if you think they would benefit from learning more about trauma and healing.
You're the best.
